Angelina Jolie at Cannes

I'm not a huge fan of the Angelina Jolie, but WOW she looks stunning here! She looks so great with the loose waves-beachy yet a little glam. Loving the red lips with her signature black winged liner.
To get her hairstyle you need to use the no clamp method of curling.
-Take large sections of hair and wrap around curling iron leaving the clamp closed
-Let the curls cool
-Then, comb out curls using a wide tooth comb

-Tuck one side behind ear and spray front with a little hairspray
-Pull the rest of the hair over to the opposite side

Now go rock it and let me know how it works out.

Why curly girls should give up the towel

The other day I was reading my local message board on The Nest and came across a topic on curly hair. Thinking I might be able to give some advice I opened the post. I did have a few things to offer, but learned something in the process. Curly haired girls shouldn't use a regular terrycloth towel to dry their hair because it causes the frizz. So what should they use instead? A T-shirt! Who knew? Being the hair girl that I am I took to the interwebz and found a few things I wanted to share, like this Plop method of drying I found on naturallycurly.com. You can use either a T-shirt or a microfiber towel. Apply your product first then follow the instructions below.

You leave it up like this for 15-30 min. You might need to add a little more product after you take it down. Then you can finish by diffusing or letting air dry.
So my curly haired friends try it out and let me know.
